Jacob Smith is the Service Manager at Steam Master Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in carpet cleaning, flooring care, and professional upholstery cleaning. He relocated to Seneca, South Carolina, five years ago to be closer to family, a move he proudly says was one of the best decisions he’s ever made. Since moving to Seneca, Jacob has worked alongside Larry and the Steam Master team for over five years, building strong relationships with customers throughout the area.

Jacob takes great pride in his work and is known for his thorough pre-inspections and clear communication. Before any job begins, he carefully evaluates the condition of the carpet or upholstery, explains realistic expectations, and provides upfront pricing with no surprises. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right ensure every customer receives high-quality service and results they can trust.
